Hard Work and Dedication Pave the Way
Mark and Linda Smith have been commercial and residential landlords for over 35 years. In 2015 we decided to put our know-how and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to work on a new venture: three obsolete buildings on the west side of Ann Arbor. We took those buildings and converted them into a vibrant and dynamic accelerator-style community that actively encourages mixing and mingling among the tenants, which creates a synergy that is powerful, friendly, and profitable for our community...and now we're starting the process again in Ypsilanti!
